Question by : Instead of liposuction and breast implants, why don’t surgeons just…?
Instead of liposuction and breast implants, why don’t surgeons just liposuction the fat from your stomach or thighs or wherever and inject it into the breasts? Odd question, I know, it just occurred to me for some reason after watching ‘Fight Club’.

they would look saggy, the implants make they look young and perky and the fat would be heavy and gravity would take its toll
