If so how much would it cost becuase my entire body is bacically anorexic (extremely skinny) bacically bone and muscle but my cheeks are just these fat little chipmunk things. Its like my face doesnt fit my body so i wanted to get rid of it all in order to establish an equilibrium.

Why take the easy way out and be lazy? Those surgeries are for people whose life is at stake because they are so overweight. 10-20 lbs? Just get out and exercise and eat healthy foods. Save the procedure for someone who TRULY needs it.
